The SHaD Momentum Fund is raising

$15,000,000 to invest in women led hotel projects

as described above. The Fund will acquire the

Goldencrest

project and obtain the remaining ownership interest of 4,000 shares in Truly Redlands - The Tru by Hilton at an estimated $4 Million.

The Fund is structured as

a Regulation D 506 (c) (Reg D) for accredited investors. At the request of the She Has a Deal community, for the first time, we are also offering a limited number of Regulation CF (Reg CF) shares for non accredited investors.

The number of shares offered under Reg CF and will be offered at

per share on a first come first serve basis and they must be purchased on a FINRA registered Reg CF portal which will open to non accredited investors only on January 15th, 2025.
